Pine Cove Tavern was purchased in 2021 by Dow Chang. After months of rehabbing and partial gutting, Dow was able to keep the integrity of the building’s history in tact through untouched elements of the original structure. Somewhere along the 170+ year timeline of its existence, it was actually a business called Pine Cove Tavern, in which passersby and locals could enjoy a beer or ten. Dow chose to revive its previous name to pay homage to its past.

You might notice some quirky little details throughout the home. The cabin was furnished and merchandised by Dow’s sister. The rock and roll legends, funky dogs, classic and vintage cars, and old western figures all have an intentional purpose to give a subtle nod to Dow’s passions, childhood, mum, dad, and sister.
